Lilly has always been in
love with Jacob, but never did she think she would end up married to him, yet
that is exactly what happened. She wonders if she is merely settling, or is it
actually the will of God. She works hard to keep her heart protected, but finds
herself falling in love with a husband she never expected to have, but fears
what will happen if he never feels the same.
There is a level of sexual content that just does not belong
here, in this genre. It was the most sensual of books of Amish fiction.
I usually pass my books on but did not feel like I could pass this one on to be
read by my friends. The whole book centers around whether a married (for
convenience) Amish couple is going consummate the marriage. Lilly's Wedding Quilt reads more like
a dime-store book.
