I would have liked this devotional more if the same Bible translation had been used through the whole year.  Versions of the Bible include the AMP, CEV, ESV, GNT, HCSB, ICB, KNJ, NASB, NCV, NIrV, NIV, NKJV, NLT, NLV, NRSV, TLB, God’s Word, and The Message. Each devotional starts with a verse, a paragraph or two devotion, and a prayer. Short and easy to read, these would be ideal in your desk drawer, in your vehicle, beside your bed or where ever you read devotions. This would make a great gift for someone who is looking for a quick devotional.
